From today, the Xbox is on sale in Europe. It offers much better performance than the PlayStation 2, has better launch games, much better TV advertising than the rubbish Sony put out (though the Dreamcast ads were even worse), and a more advanced specification (eg built in hard drive) for the same launch price. Does any of that mean it will sell? Of course not.... (But on a personal note, my son has just gone off to Games Exchange for a copy of Halo.)
