From Philly teacher to hospital chaplain, she connects COVID-19 patients and their families

Meet Robin Ross, a chaplain at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia who works with COVID-19 patients.

_ Sacred space: "The moments that I'm with these patients, it's like walking on holy ground."

_ Losing touch: "A chaplain wants to put their arms around someone and console them and right now we can't touch," Ross said. "It's so tough."
