Bristol Airport has been making numerous headlines in recent months for its ambitious expansion plans.
While some are fully behind the plan others are seriously concerned by the environmental impacts such an increase in size could have.
But regardless of future plans the airport has grown from strength to strength and is seeing more passengers per year than it ever has before.
This could arguably be down to the sheer number of destinations it caters for.
Previously holidaymakers and business travellers would have had to head to bigger airports such as London or Birmingham for their flights, now it may not be the case.
