From Downton Abbey to the Queen Vic - this is how much these famous properties would cost you in real life

New data by money.co.uk has revealed the real-life property values of some of the most famous fictional homes from the world of film, gaming and TV, based on their value and monthly mortgage.

Showcasing properties from some of 2020’s most popular games, the money website has used canon, location and house price data to calculate just how much the likes of your Animal Crossing house, Goth Manor and Bowser’s Castle would set you back.

With the success of games such as Animal Crossing in allowing users to experience virtual home ownership, money.co.uk has calculated the value of these homes and the mortgages based upon a 10% deposit, over a 25-year term.
