Properties in Greater Manchester sold for as little as £34,500 in August this year, according to data released by the Land Registry.
The cheapest- a home in Bolton - was a terraced house, with other properties on the cheapest list including flats and semi-detached houses in areas across the region.
Salford, Rochdale, Bury, Bolton, Oldham and Wigan all made the cheapest list.
On the other end of the scale, several Greater Manchester properties sold for up to £2 million, most of which were in Trafford.

Least expensive
Thornbank East, Bolton - terrace house, sold for £34,500 on August 2 (This sale may have been a buy-to-let, a transfer to a company, or a repossession)
This is actually very cheap compared to neighbouring properties on Thornbank East.
Houses on the same block have sold for £73,500 as recently as 2016.
The same property sold ten years ago for £30,000 - a tiny profit compared to other properties in the region.
Baguley Crescent, Middleton, Bury - flat, sold for £36,500 on August 6
This one-bedroom flat sold back in 2014 for £31,000.
Though small, it's a modern enough property with a high-spec kitchen and large double bedroom.
Edward Street, Rochdale - flat, sold for £39,950 on August 13 (This sale may have been a buy-to-let, a transfer to a company, or a repossession)
There's not much known about this property, except that it's on a residential street close to several takeaways in Rochdale.
High Bank Street, Bolton - terrace house, sold for £39,995 on August 9
This two-bed terraced house on High Bank Street took a huge dip in price.
When it last sold, back in 2004, it fetched £59,950 - that's a loss of almost exactly £20k.
Wildmoor Avenue, Oldham - terrace house, sold for £40,000 on August 2
This home has doubled in price since it was sold in 2004.
It sits close to Oldham Golf Club.
