A video has emerged showing the moment a truck collided with a bridge in Dublin city centre on Monday.
The frightening footage caused delays throughout the city for a time with Irish Rail stating that it was lucky nobody was killed.
The shocking shots show the truck entering the bridge carrying plant machinery.

The incident took place at 1:30pm and led to services between Connolly and Tara Street being suspended for a time.
A digger which was on the back of the lorry collided with the top of the bridge and subsequently flew off the back and onto the street.
The incident was cleared up quickly but led to slow traffic and diversions in the area.
Gardai told Dublin Live that "a HGV hit the railway bridge at around 1.20pm this afternoon, Monday 8 April, 2019.
"It has been confirmed there has been no structural damage to the railway bridge and all traffic is moving. Investigations are ongoing."
Irish Rail took to Twitter to say: "Had pedestrians, cyclists or motorists been on the other side of the road, people could have been killed at Amiens St this lunchtime. Know your load height for the safety of all."

In a separate incident, a lorry smashed into the same bridge on March 15.
It caused widespread delays throughout the city on the Friday before St. Patrick's Day.
The spectacular shots showed the truck wedged under the bridge causing train delays for hours this evening as emergency services attended.
