Tickets for the screenings cost £13.25.

In a post on their website, Odeon said: "Our friends are still there for you, 25 years later! Celebrate the milestone anniversary of the beloved sitcom, coming to the big screen for the first time ever!

"This is a show about love and sex and careers and a time in life when everything is possible... about the search for commitment and security... and the fear of commitment and security.

"Most of all, it's about friendship - for when you're young and single in the city, your friends are your family."

Friends ran for 10 years from 1994 to 2004 and starred Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer.

It celebrated its 25th anniversary on September 22 this year, with many members of the cast paying tribute to the show on social media.

Fans were particularly thrilled to see Cole Sprouse, who played Ross and Carol's son Ben (along with his twin brother Dylan), pose on the iconic orange sofa to celebrate the occasion.
