Friends cast to finally reunite after fifteen years for one-off reunion special

Could we BE anymore excited about this?

The beloved cast of of the iconic ninties sitcom Friends are to reunite for an epic one-off special for HBO.

It's been over fifteen years since the last episode aired and we said our final goodbye's to Monica, Ross, Rachel, Joey, Chandler and Pheobe.

And to celebrate 25 years since the iconic series launched, the six stars will reportedly appear in the hour-long special to help launch the upcoming streaming service HBO Max.

It's thought that Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc are each pocketing a cool $3-4million each by Warner Brothers.

According to Deadline , the decision came after a tough back-and-forth between the cast’s representatives, WBTV and HBO Max last.

Negotiations are thought to have broken down towards to end of last year over cash.

The one-off show is designed to help launch re-runs of the show on the new American channel, with the streamer reportedly forking out $425m for the rights.

It's still unclear what format the show will be in at the moment.

This comes after Freinds favourite Matthew Perry joined Instagram for the first time just weeks after his former co-star Jennifer Aniston's debut on the social media site.

The Chandler Bing actor, 50, finally joined the app with his fellow Friends pal Lisa Kudrow appearing excited at the shocking news as she joked she couldn't 'believe her eyes'.

Announcing his new account name as 'MatthewPerry4', Lisa, 56, shared a throwback snap of the two as she welcomed him to Instagram in a heartfelt post.

Matthew is the last of his Friends co-stars to join the social media platform as Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer are all on Instagram already.

Matthew became the last of the Friends cast to join the app just four months after Jennifer, 50, broke the internet with her Instagram debut which featured the iconic cast reunited as the sitcom celebrated it's 25 year anniversary.

Since joining, Matthew has already reached over a hundred thousand followers but he has not yet posted a photo or story.

Matthew wrote in his bio: "What is this, my Instagram account?" with a profile picture of himself sleeping next to a happy face emoji pillow.

A devoted fan took to the comments section of the actor's page to point out the fact that the whole Friends cast is now reunited on the app.

They wrote: " All the six F.R.I.E.N.D.S are now on Instagram. Please say it's a reunion!"

It sure looks like it !
