A friendly pooch is appealing for a new place to call home.
Animal welfare experts are looking for a new home for Cricket, a five-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier currently living at Dogs Trust West Calder.
His carers say he is a friendly, playful boy who is full of fun.
A spokeswoman for Dogs Trust said: “Cricket loves to be out and about and especially running around and chasing after his favourite tennis ball.
“He enjoys meeting new people and will always greet you with a waggy tail.
“Cricket can be uncomfortable around other dogs and would prefer to walk in quiet areas.
“He can live with children over the age of 14 years old and would prefer to be the only pet in the home.”
If you think you think you could provide a home for Cricket or any of the 50 dogs currently available for rehoming, please contact the centre on 01506 873459.
