A friendly dog is looking for a new place to call home.
Cara is an 11-year-old crossbreed who is currently in the care of Dogs Trust West Calder.
Her carers say she has lived all of her life in a home, loves people and all her home comforts.
She is currently in a foster home and is described as very sweet, loyal, loving and attentive.
A spokesperson for Dogs Trust said: “She is happy meeting people and especially loves to go for walks and has the best time chasing her favourite ball around the garden.
“Cara will happily jump into the car to seek out new adventures and she will never turn down a tasty treat.
“As this affectionate girl loves nothing more than companionship, she would be happiest with someone home throughout the day.
“Cara can live with children aged around 12 years old and above and she would be happiest as the only pet at home and she would suit a quiet home with a garden.”
