Friday's forecast for Leeds as the city is set for an overcast but no sign of snow

Leeds is set for an overcast but dry day on Friday, according to the Met Office's weather forecast.

The whole region of Yorkshire is scheduled for cloudy skies, with temperatures hovering around 7°C across the county.

Luckily, Leeds will avoid any heavy rain today and will instead have only to endure cloudy skies.

It is scheduled to be around 5°C in the morning before picking up at 9am and peaking at 8°C in the early afternoon.

Temperatures are expected to drop overnight to as low as 4°C in the evening.

There is only a 10 per cent chance of rain with some slight wind through the day.

On Saturday there is expected to be more cloudy weather as well as some rain.
