Nottingham Forest have competition in the form of Watford for Galatasaray striker Mbaye Diagne, according to reports.
Turkish outlet Takvim, via Sport Witness, claim that Wtaford retain a serious interest in the 28-year-old.
It is being reported that negotiations are ongoing between Watford and Diagne, with Galatsaray demanding around £5 million for the Senegal international.
Diagne is spending this season on loan at Club Brugge but he has only made one League start.
He was signed by Galatasaray from Turkish Super Lig rivals Kasimpasa in January last year but was loaned out as soon as September.
Diagne has not enjoyed his time in Belgium, making only 12 appearances and scoring just four goals although they have all came in the League.
He is under contract at Gala until 2023 and he has been heavily linked with a move to Forest.
Sabri Lamouchi's side have used the foreign market well since the Frenchman's arrival last summer, bringing in players like Yuri Ribeiro, Tiago Silva, Brice Samba and Samba Sow on bargain deals.
Forest currently have Lewis Grabban, Nuno da Costa and Tyler Walker in their forward ranks.
Grabban is Lamouchi's first choice, while da Costa was signed from Strasbourg in January and Walker recalled from his loan spell at Lincoln City in the same month.
Diagne has also turned out for Chinese side Tianjin and Italian giants Juventus.
