Fresh, modern and a good idea - Readers react as new designs for Nottingham central library revealed

Nottingham needs more of that. If you go to Aspley, what an amazing space for kids in one of the most deprived areas of the city./p p#x201C;I think people will be expectant about this new central library because of what they#x2019;ve seen in their local libraries./p p#x201C;I also think they#x2019;re a really important part of society. In a world where there are lots of figures about loneliness, people#x2019;s ability to go and sit in their library, read the paper and see some familiar faces is a real asset to the wellbeing of people.#x201D;/p pContractors are on site at the car park area and work is now under way to create the new intu Broadmarsh shopping centre, scheduled for completion in 2021./p
