Fresh Links: the music breakfast of champions

Good morning, Linketeers! Here are your morning music clickeroos, selected by the GUM team:

· You know how Primark is known as Primarni, cos it sells designer-style clobber (hence the marni) at cheapo prices (er, hence the Pri)? Today, for one day only, you can get the same clobber, but with the high-end price tag, thanks the eBay auctioning off the very same Primark shirt worn on the cover of Arctic Monkeys' Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not.

· Paul McCartney has shown that he's down with the kids by giving an interview to Pitchfork. The eeriest thing we learned from it: The title of the ex-Beatles' latest, Memory Almost Full, can be rearranged to spell "for my soulmate LLM"- the initials of the late Linda Louise McCartney. This was unintentional, says PM, adding: "It's kind of spooky."

· A question from the blogosphere: Is Rihanna's Umbrella inspired by Little Women? Perhaps it is. And perhaps 50 Cent's Candy Shop is inspired by the works of Roald Dahl.

· The Music Slut informs us that yesterday was Morrissey's 48th birthday. More exciting, however, is said Slut's news that Johnny Marr's 15-year-old son Nile is about to play his first solo gig.

· Giddy-up! The Killers have a new video, pard'ner. Yeehaw! Gonna rope me a hog.

· A fellow named Mark Quinn sends in this video of a singer/songwriter named Young Quinn (coincidence?) and asks, "Check it out - you may well like." Let's throw it out to you readers at home: you well like?

· In other links-sent-in-by-readers news, Matthew Rekoske points us towards this 90s music video blog. It might have been wiser to wait to email us until after he had more than two videos up - one by Hanson, the other by Will Smith - but we're all about encouragement here at Fresh Links...

If you have links, we would like those links you have. We'll link to anything, really. Send them to kelly.nestruck@guardian.co.uk.
