Rangers have reportedly had an £8m transfer offer for Fares Ghedjemis rejected days after Celtic made an offer for the winger.
Sky Sports report that Frosinone have turned down the Rangers bid as they hold out for a bumper transfer fee.

Celtic had a £6m approach booted out previously, with both Glasgow clubs keen on the Algerian winger.
It's claimed the Serie A club want between £13m and 17m to sell the 23-year-old this summer.
Ghedjemis scored 15 goals and provided three assists in Italy last season, and was part of the Algeria squad at the World Cup.
Celtic boss Martin O'Neill previously confirmed ineterst from the Parkhead club in Ghedjemis.
He said: "We have a very, very strong interest in him.
"I don't know how close we can get, but we are genuinely making really good progress."
