Speculation continues to mount regarding Leeds United making a move for French winger Mounir Chouiar.
The 21-year-old is reportedly a target for the Whites.
And talk of a move away from his club Dijon is only set to intensify after he missed their latest league game on Sunday.
Chouiar was not a part of their 20-man squad for the 2-0 defeat to Brest on Sunday afternoon.
French publication L’Equipe suggest the reason could be related to an impending transfer for the attacking midfielder.
Several clubs from Europe’s top five leagues are keen on the player, with serious interest ‘particularly’ coming from Leeds.
It adds that they face strong competition from fellow top flight sides Wolves and Arsenal.
Should they wish to get the deal done, it's likely that Leeds would have to shell out between €15m-20m.
In addition, his former club Lens are entitled to 20 per cent of the transfer fee.
Leeds have made two major summer signings this year, bringing in Robin Koch and Rodrigo.
