A leaked document that reportedly contains the names of the 89 EU citizens Russian authorities have banned from entry into their country has been published by the Finnish state broadcaster YLE.
The document, which is in German, mostly features politicians and military officials, but there are a few notable exceptions.
These include the French philosopher Bernard-Henri Lévy, as well as the director of the Swedish tax authority and the chairman of the Lithuanian radio and television commission.
Poland is the country with the most banned citizens, taking up 18 out of the 89 names. They include Bogdan Borusewicz, the speaker of the Polish senate, and Robert Kupiecki, the country’s deputy defence minister.
The Polish MEP Jacek Saryusz-Wolski, who is also one of the 89, was among those publicising the leaked document.

The UK comes in second place, with nine citizens banned by Russia. The former deputy prime minister, Nick Clegg, and the former intelligence and security committee chair Sir Malcolm Rifkind are both included.
The Russian foreign ministry has criticised western European diplomats after several of the names on the list were made public at the weekend.
