
A French parliamentary delegation visited Marib province in Yemen and received information about violations of human rights, mainly children's rights committed by Houthi militia.
The delegation visited the Center for Rehabilitating Recruited and War-Traumatized Children (CRRWTC) which is backed by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief).
During the visit, the delegation met a number of children recruited by Houthi militia and heard their stories.
In accordance with international standards, the center rehabilitates recruited children psychologically, socially and educationally.
The French Senate's members were introduced to the Katyusha missile attack earlier this month on the CRRWTC.
The delegation also visited the Center of Artificial Limbs (CAL) in Marib Public Hospital, which is funded by KSRelief, and the members were briefed on the services provided by the center.
Chairman of Marib Public Hospital Mohammed Al-Qobati briefed the delegation on the services provided by the center to all those injured. It further reported that it has provided 300 persons with artificial limbs, in the first phase, adding that a similar number is targeted for the second phase.
