French Open 2023 live stream: How can I watch Roland Garros tennis on TV in UK today?

The French Open has begun with the second tennis Grand Slam of the season taking place over the next fortnight in Paris.

14-time winner and defending champion Rafael Nadal is not competing at Roland Garros due to injury, while British interest has taken a hit due to poor qualifying results and the absence of both Andy Murray and Emma Raducanu.

Carlos Alcaraz is the favourite for clay-court glory on the men’s side of the draw, but Novak Djokovic will be desperate to take advantage of Nadal not being in town as he gets his first chance to move past the Spaniard with a 23rd Grand Slam title.

There’s a big three at the top of the women’s game, with Elena Rybakina and Aryna Sabalenka ready to battle it out with two-time French Open champion Iga Swiatek.

The trio have been trading blows throughout the season in the biggest tournaments, and it would be a surprise if it was not one of them lifting the trophy in just under a fortnight.
