The Brit beat 2018 finalist Sloane Stephens 6-1, 6-4 in a stunning performance to book her spot in the last four.
She will face 19-year-old Marketa Vondrousova, who beat 31st seed Petra Martic 7-6, 7-5, for a place in Saturday's final.
