French NGO EliseCare plagued by Iraq rape allegations

EliseCare is a French NGO that was set up to help religious minorities in Iraq and Syria, who were abused by the Islamic State group. Today, several former employees are accusing Elise Boghossian, the founder of this NGO, of covering up cases of rape and sexual assault allegedly at the hands of the humanitarian organisation's head of mission in Iraq. Bilal Tarabey, the journalist who wrote an investigative piece on this story for French daily Libération, tells us more.

Meanwhile, Egypt is building a new capital city. But the $58 billion project is struggling to raise funds.

And Iraq launches its first TV drama in seven years, as arts return to Baghdad. "The Hotel" takes a look at an array of controversial topics, including prostitution and human trafficking.
