From now until Dec 8, Vie Hotel Bangkok is presenting exclusive 10-course dinners by world-renowned French chef Christophe Bacquié of three Michelin-starred Restaurant Christophe Bacquié in Hotel du Castellet, Provence, France.

Bacquié has been regarded as one of the world's finest French chefs. He was awarded with the immensely respected tricolour collar of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (Best Craftsman of France) by the age of only 35, and also granted four toques by the Gault & Millau guide.
In February this year, at the height of his career and at the age of 45, he has achieved a rare and incredible three Michelin stars for his own establishment. The restaurant bearing his name is one of only two in the entire Michelin Guide 2018 to receive three stars, thus recognising his prestigious talents.
Chef Bacquié humbly describes his own cooking as contemporary Mediterranean. Hailing from the island of Corsica off the southeast of France, he is much-treasured internationally as a highly-esteemed fish chef, with gourmands travelling the globe merely to taste his acclaimed signature dishes such as John Dory, crab and caviar served in a perfumed cream of kaffir lime; raw and cooked langoustine with coral's head juice; asparagus from Roques-Hautes; and Mediterranean octopus with local vegetables.
During his evenings at La Vie -- Creative French Cuisine restaurant of Vie Hotel Bangkok, he will showcase his exquisite 10-course menu that consists of mackerel, bluefin tuna and redfin sea bass.
Prices are 11,000 baht net per person for food only, and 13,000 net per person for food and wine pairing.
