French court approves transfer of Rwandan genocide suspect to UN tribunal

A French court approves the extradition of Rwandan genocide suspect Félicien Kabuga to a United Nations tribunal. Kabuga is one the most high-profile suspected organisers of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. He was arrested near Paris last month. Also, in South Africa, a court rules that some of the country's lockdown restrictions are "irrational" and unconstitutional – our correspondent tells us more. And despite an official death toll of just one fatality, bloggers in Burundi ramp up efforts to spread awareness about Covid-19.
