French bulldog puppies stolen from home in Timperley

Police have launched an appeal after three French bulldog puppies were stolen from a home in Trafford.

The dogs, who are seven weeks old, were taken overnight from an address in Timperley, police said.

The family are 'very upset' and the pups' mother is 'pining for her puppies'.

Local police tweeted about the theft on Monday morning.

In the post, put up at 10.30am, the force tweeted: "Overnight, three French bulldog puppies, who are seven-weeks-old, have been stolen from an address in Timperley.

"As you can imagine, the family are very upset and the pups' mother is pining for her puppies."

The force also posted a photo of the puppies.

Officers are urging anyone with information to get in touch about the theft.

Anyone with information is asked to ring police on 101, quoting log 386 of 020320.

Alternatively, call Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
