Falkirk Council has set up a free period product delivery service for woman in need.
The local authority says the impact of coronavirus and lockdown has made it more difficult for workers to collect such items from public buildings.
As long as you have a Falkirk area postcode, you'll be eligible to receive a three month supply of things like disposable sanitary pads, tampons, reusable pads and period pants.
A Falkirk Council spokesperson said: "There should never be any stigma or barriers attached to obtaining period products.
"This new service means that anyone can access free of charge a supply and not be inhibited because of their financial situation.
"We already supply free products in schools and at a number of locations across the area.
And offering a free online delivery service now means that anyone can take advantage of this service no matter what their circumstances are."
