Fathers-to-be in Edinburgh can attend free classes where they can learn how to change nappies, bathe babies and pick up other useful skills.
A charity called Dads Rock is putting on a series of antenatal workshops for fathers over the next few months.
The two-hour classes take place during weekdays between 7pm and 9pm at the Scottish Adoption centre on Constitution Street, Leith.
Dads Rock have previously organised "sleep workshops" for fathers to help create the perfect bedtime routine.
They say: "You’ll get hands on experience of changing nappies, bathing the baby. We talk about Perinatal Mental Health attachment, buggies, sleeping, feeding and more!
"They are informal, relaxed workshops, with approx 10-15 other dads to be."
The Edinburgh workshops take place on the following dates: 26th Feb, 25th Mar, 29th Apr, 27th May, 24th June, 29th July, 26th Aug, 30th Sept, 28th Oct, 25th Nov.
While the events are free to attend, there is a suggested donation of £10.
