Whether you’re celebrating or commiserating this GCSE results day, get yourself down to Nando’s for some free chicken.

To reward the efforts of thousands of students receiving their exam results today, the popular food chain is giving away a free Firestarter or quarter chicken.

Nando’s ran the same offer for A-Level results day last week, but this is the first time the chicken restaurant has rolled it out for GCSE students.

To claim the free main, all students have to do is bring their GCSE results slip to any Nando’s restaurant in the UK. You also have to make a minimum spend of £7, but it’s well worth it for some free piri-piri.

Vegans and vegetarians don’t have to miss out either, as they can claim a free starter instead.

If chicken isn’t your bag, there are loads of other special offers on at various food outlets across the UK in celebration of GCSE results day, including TGI Fridays, Chiquito, Bella Italia and Giraffe.
