Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has named his starting line-up for Manchester United's UEFA Champions League Group F clash against Atalanta at the Gewiss Stadium this evening, making some bold selection decisions.
United, who came from 2-0 down to beat Atalanta 3-2 in their meeting at Old Trafford less than a fortnight ago, will be looking to build on Saturday's morale-boosting 3-0 win at Tottenham.
Victory in north London has eased some of the pressure on Solskjaer's shoulders, although he can ill-afford to see any repeat of the level of performance produced in the 5-0 defeat to Liverpool.
Following Saturday's win over Spurs, Solskjaer has opted to make three changes to his starting line-up.
Eric Bailly, Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford, the latter scored after stepping off the bench against Spurs, have come into the starting line-up, meaning the injured Victor Lindelof, Fred and Edinson Cavani have dropped out of the side.
Solskjaer has frequently come under fire for his selection choices, certainly in recent weeks, but his decision to once again go with a back three, considering it worked so well at the weekend, could prove to be a wise decision even with Lindelof's absence.
Jadon Sancho being left out of the starting line-up for the fourth game running has attracted the most attention from United supporters.
Below, MEN Sport has taken a close look at what some United supporters have had to say on social media in response to the Norwegian's decision to once again overlook the England winger.
As you can see from the message displayed above, Solskjaer's decision to leave Sancho out has not gone down well, with the supporters beginning to become frustrated by a lack of opportunities. But in Solskjaer's defence, he has stuck with the same system that worked so well against Spurs.
United starting line-up: De Gea; Bailly, Varane, Maguire; Wan-Bissaka, Pogba, McTominay, Fernandes, Shaw; Ronaldo, Rashford.
Substitutes: Henderson, Telles, Dalot, Fred, Lingard, Mata, Matic, Van de Beek, Cavani, Greenwood, Martial, Sancho.
