Rainbow star Freddy Mark's wife has revealed some moving details of his final moments.
Former kids' TV entertainer and musician Freddy died at the age of 71, the day before his fifth wedding anniversary.
Freddy had been diagnosed with cancer in January and told he had just months to live.
He moved in to a hospice in Surrey four days before he passed away with wife Jane at his side.
The two tied the knot years after Jane divorced the third member of their band, Rod Burton.
Speaking for the first time about her husband's final moments, Jane told the Mail Online that her final words to Freddy were 'I love you' but he wasn't able to respond.

"Freddy didn’t say anything back. He just had a gentle smile on his face like he always did.
"It was incredibly beautiful.
"I’m totally devastated by his loss and it’s going to take me and a lot of other people in the country a long time to get over this."
Paying tribute to her partner, Jane said Freddy was a part of many people's childhoods.
"They grew up with him and he meant a lot to them," she said.

Jane also praised the care Freddy received in his final days as she commended the hospice staff for treating them both 'wonderfully.'
"The atmosphere there was so peaceful and beautiful," she said.
"The staff are like angels, they looked after Freddy and me so wonderfully. There are no words to describe what they did for us.
‘I was with him for every single minute of those four days. His passing was a very peaceful and beautiful moment."

Jane also spoke on behalf of her former husband Rod, who she said was feeling Freddy's loss 'very deeply.'
"For a long time the three of us were inseparable," she added.
Jane and Rod divorced in 1979.
Five years ago she and Freddy said 'I do' at an intimate ceremony in London.
Freddy's death was announced today on a Rainbow Facebook fan page.
The post read: "It is with a heavy heart that we sad to say that Freddy Marks from Rod, Jane and Freddy has sadly passed away.
"Freddy was a very talented and funny guy who always bought a smile to everybody's face.
"Our thoughts go out to his wife Jane TuckerRod Burton and all their friends and family at this difficult time. Freddy will be greatly missed."
