There is no stopping Top Gear presenter Freddie Flintoff as he is back at the gym after a high speed car accident while filming at a track near York for the British TV show.
The sportsman shared an energetic video on Instagram on Thursday where he appeared to be going hard on the upright rowing machine he was using.
Freddie was wearing a pair of black shorts and a T-shirt as he vigorously used the machine.
"Moving alright for a bloke who had a 124mph crash. Never let the facts get in the way FFS," he captioned the video.
The 41-year-old sparked suggestions that previous reports about the speed of the crash weren't entirely accurate.
The Sun reported that former Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond was almost killed in the crash, as it left him critically ill with a head injury.
It was a very lucky escape for Freddie, as the outcome could have been the same for him - but he came out with no injuries at all as his helmet and bodysuit did the job.
He was racing for the show at Elvington Airfield when the accident happened as he veered off the track at high speed.
And, Richard Hammond crashed on the same course in 2006, ending up in a coma for two weeks.
Flintoff told the Mail Online: "I’m absolutely fine and was back filming today. I go to great lengths to make sure I do well in Top Gear drag races but on this occasion I went a few lengths too far.
"It will look more ridiculous than dangerous when you see it on TV."
A BBC spokesperson said that Freddie "suffered no injuries as a result of his spontaneous detour, as fans will see for themselves when we show the sequence in full in the next series."
