An Edinburgh veteran has been reported missing to the police after not being seen since the early hours of this morning.
Fraser Sommerville was reported missing to Police Scotland at around lunchtime after not being seen and concerns are growing for his welfare.
The 59-year-old is 5’10 in height and weighs around 11st. He was last known to be in the West Pilton Crescent area of the city. Mr Sommerville is thought to suffer from mental health issues and is likely to be in a fragile and disorientated state.
It is believed he could be traveling via public transport or on foot. The public are advised against engaging directly with Fraser on the advice of his relatives if they do see or some in to contact with him, as it may cause further distress.
Any sightings should be reported immediately to Edinburgh Police on 101, REF: 1000/18/6.
