Frantic search launched for missing Scots schoolgirl who hasn't been seen since the weekend

A frantic search has been launched for a missing schoolgirl who hasn't been seen since the weekend.

Laura Walker - also known as Laura Guyan - has vanished from her home in Aberdeen.

The 14-year-old was last seen in the Marchburn area of the city at around 5pm on Sunday, November 7.

Police are appealing for information that could help trace the youngster.

Laura is known to frequent the Northfield and Mastrick areas of Aberdeen.

She is 4ft 11, of slim build with blonde/brown hair.

When she was last seen she was wearing a black zip up hoodie, black leggings and white "Nike" trainers with green tick.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police on 101 or through the or using the "Contact Us" form on the Police Scotland website https://www.scotland.police.uk/secureforms/contact/
