Scots schoolboy not seen since Wednesday traced 'safe and well'

A missing Scots schoolboy who disappeared on Wednesday has been traced 'safe and well.'

Eryk Jarocki, 14, vanished from the Wester Hailes area in Edinburgh. He had last seen on Greenacre in the city at around 10.45pm on Wednesday February 1.

Eryk is described as white, 6ft in height, of slim to medium build and has brown hair.

When last seen he was wearing a black jumper and black trousers.

Authorities have now confirmed that the teen has been found and have thanked the public for their assistance.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Eryk Jarocki, 14, who had been reported missing from Greenacre, Wester Hailes, Edinburgh on Wednesday, 1 February 2023, has been traced safe and well. Thank you for your assistance in sharing our appeal.
