A woman from Dundee who disappeared over a week ago was last seen in Glasgow city centre, police have said.

Officers say they are "concerned for the welfare" of Lisa Simpson and have appealed for help to trace her.

The 40-year-old was last seen on Friday, December 2 at 12.30pm in Glasgow city centre. Lisa has links to both Dundee and Glasgow.

She is described as white, 5ft 5in, with long blonde hair and a fringe, slim build with a small vertical scar on her forehead. Lisa has angel wings tattooed to the rear of her neck and the name "Brian" tattooed to her left wrist.

She was last seen wearing a green bubble jacket with a fur hood and black and blue Nike trainers.

Police Sergeant Sharon Maitland said: “We are concerned for the welfare of Lisa. She is known to frequent the Glasgow and Dundee areas. I would appeal to anyone who knows where she is to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 3192 of 6th December 2022."
