Frankie Essex wowed her fans after sharing a side-by-side weight loss snap on social media.
The 34-year-old took to her Instagram to look back at her transformation and discuss her fitness goals for the new year.
Frankie put on a few pounds due to the coronavirus lockdown but changing her routine and portion sizes helped her drop the weight.
"I’m back! Who remembers my transformation from last year with @mfgoalgettersuk," she captioned the post. "It was definitely one of my biggest achievements from 2021 and it’s safe to say I have since stuck to making better eating habits and keeping up with my fitness as much as possible.
"But as we know it’s easy to slip back into old habits and overindulge especially over the Christmas break...Which is why I’ve teamed up with @musclefooduk again this month for their Grab Life By The GOALS campaign.
"For me this isn’t about losing weight or dropping a dress size it’s about getting back to feeling good to start the year off right. A bit of a kick up the bum!"

She went on to explain that her goal for January includes walking and swimming at least twice a week. She also hopes to get used to a better foot and fitness routine.
The star promised to provide updates with her followers and asked them to 'join her' in starting off 2022 right.
Brother Joey Essex and pal Demi Sims posted clapping emojis while Chloe Ferry and Frankie Sims posted heart eyes emojis.
Frankie first showed off her weight loss transformation in early 2021.

Lifting the lid on her weight loss journey, Frankie revealed that she became unhappy and uncomfortable in her skin when she couldn’t control her eating habits.
The Essex native admitted that she would eat "whatever someone would put on the plate in front of me" while in lockdown with her boyfriend Luke.
While Frankie spent weeks eating the same amount as her personal trainer boyfriend, she knew she had to make a change when she started to feel ‘fed up’.

“I was feeling a bit fed up with lockdown and then started to become more conscious about the amount of food I was eating,” she explained.
“Before starting on the MuscleFood plan, I was having the same portion sizes as my boyfriend. He’s much bigger than me, both muscle and height-wise, and we have completely different body shapes.
"As he’s a man, they can get away with eating so much more, so the food plan really worked for me to help with portions."
