Frankie Bridge has declared she will no longer be a “people pleaser” in a cryptic TikTok video, as tensions with Myleene Klass and Rochelle Humes continue to make headlines.
The former The Saturdays singer, 36, filmed the clip while on holiday, miming along to Sabrina Carpenter’s hit Manchild from the balcony of her beachside villa.
Bridge captioned the video: “Taking 36 years to realise being a people pleaser doesn’t please anyone. Fad diets are a waste of time — turns out it’s all about balance?! Who knew?! Only you can make yourself happy. You can do the hard thing! You’ve got this,” followed by a red love-heart emoji.
Fans flooded the comments with messages of support, with one writing: “You can’t please everyone, as long as you look after yourself and your family, that’s all that matters in life.”
The post follows reports of friction behind the scenes at ITV between Bridge, Humes and Klass — all of whom now work as daytime presenters. The trio were once close, with Klass and Bridge attending Humes’ hen party in 2012, but relations have reportedly soured in recent years.

Bridge and Humes are both former clients of security manager Graham Quinn, Klass’s ex-husband. Humes is said to have offered Quinn a place to stay after his 2012 split from Klass, which reportedly left the former Hear’Say star feeling her friend had taken his side.
Tensions were heightened after Klass recently claimed she had once caught Quinn and an unnamed celebrity “unzipping” each other at her birthday party, prior to them marrying.

In 2013, a year after the split, Klass is said to have confronted Bridge at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, believing she had been blanked. Sources claimed Klass interpreted Bridge’s ongoing friendship with Quinn as further loyalty towards him.
Humes and her husband Marvin were also photographed holidaying in Ibiza with Quinn earlier this month — a move insiders believe may have ruffled feathers further.
Bridge and Klass have not shared the Loose Women panel since an “awkward” episode last December. Meanwhile, Bridge and Humes — friends for 24 years — appeared to avoid each other at Wimbledon last month.
This week, Bridge posted another cryptic TikTok reading: “You’re so quiet… Thanks, you said something five years ago and I’ve just realised you’re actually dead to me.”
