Now Frankie Bridge has left the castle and reunited with her family, she has compared her experience on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! to childbirth.
The former The Saturdays star came in third place in the 2021 series on Sunday night's finale, seeing Coronation Street's Simon Gregson take second place as ex Emmerdale actor Danny Miller crowned King of The Castle.
During the 32-year-old singer's stint on the ITV show, Frankie was forced to eat disgusting meals and was spun around in rotten food-filled coffins in some stomach-churning challenges.

Despite comparing the experience on the show to childbirth, the singer was far from hating her time on the show, the chart topping star says she would happily take part in the series all over again.
Speaking to the PA news agency, Frankie said: “I think when you watch it, you can see that it’s hard, but I don’t think you realise just how hard it is.
“And I don’t think the audience really get to see that as much as, you know, because it’s a fun show.
“But it’s so much harder than I ever imagined but also so much more amazing. The only way I can describe it is it’s a bit like childbirth – it’s awful at the time, but afterwards you’re like, yeah, I’d do that again.”

Now she is free of Gwrych Castle near Abergele in Conwy, North Wales, Frankie has been reunited with her sons Parker, eight, and Carter, six.
The singer shares her sons with 41-year-old ex-footballer Wayne Bridge – himself a former I’m A Celeb contestant back in 2016.
Taking to Instagram as she returned home, Frankie shared a snap of herself cuddled up with her two sons.
She captioned the sweet photo: "Reunited and it feels so good! back with all my boys… back on a sofa… back home!
"Thank you to everyone who voted for me on @imacelebrity I still can’t quite believe it… what a crazy ride! #love #imaceleb."
I’m A Celeb winner Danny has also been sharing snaps of himself posing with his own son, Alfred.
After scooping the top prize, Danny said he now cannot wait to provide for his younger son – who he shares with 30-year-old fiancee Steph Jones.
The former soap star gushed: "I have made no secret about the fact that I wanted to be able to give him and set him up for a good future.
"I wasn't financially set for that and this is an opportunity to do that.
"It would set me and my family up. I feel like I have done it. I feel proud of myself and I hope my family are as well."
