He didn’t show up in the team photo with 2Chainz but Los Angeles Lakers head coach Frank Vogel was in attendance for LeBron James’ 35th birthday party, where he offered LeBron a gift at the mob-themed party James threw last night.
Vogel gave the option of letting LeBron James choose the practice time for Tuesday’s Lakers practice, according to Tania Ganguli of the Los Angeles Times. That was probably the best option for all involved as it appeared that the party for LeBron’s 35th birthday went into the wee hours of the morning. But they’ve already hit the practice court on Tuesday in anticipation of Wednesday’s meeting with the Phoenix Suns.
James and the Lakers are riding consecutive wins after suffering their season-long four-game losing streak through the Christmas holiday. They appeared to be feeling extremely well last night and they have all the reason to be as they have the best record in the Western Conference, two of the NBA’s best players and they still a lot of room to get better.
