Frank Lampard lavished praise on Leeds United and Marcelo Bielsa in addressing Chelsea’s 3-1 win on Saturday night.
The Blues went to the top of the Premier League and extended their unbeaten run in the top flight to nine matches.
Olivier Giroud, Kurt Zouma and Christian Pulisic applied the goals in what proved to be a convincing win for the London side by the end.
However, after the match in his press conference, Lampard acknowledged it was no mean feat to turn over the Whites with what they have shown in this division already.
"Enjoy the evening,” he told fans. “I will have that small glass of wine, maybe a large one, but at the same time we need to make sure we stay grounded.
“There were a lot of good things. To play against Leeds in the form they are in and the type of team they are and dominate in terms of chances was a really great performance from us."
