Here is your latest Chelsea morning digest for Thursday, June 25.
Lampard shoots down Havertz talk
Frank Lampard has shot down rumours of a £79.6m bid for Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz.
The Blues have been heavily linked with the versatile attacking midfielder as they look to continue a spending spree that has already seen Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner join the club this summer.
Reports on Tuesday claimed that Leverkusen had received two bids for Havertz, including one from Chelsea.
Whilst Lampard was full of praise for the player, he denied that a bid had been submitted.
Lampard said: "He's obviously a top player, but to carry on from my answer before I'm certainly not going to comment on other players at other teams. And it cannot be our focus. So, nothing to say.
"No. No bids have gone in."

Sancho surge
Jadon Sancho's rocketing value could wreck any attempts Chelsea make to sign him this summer.
New figures show that Sancho is currently worth €179.1m - a rise of over €10m from January alone.
That makes Sancho the third most valuable player in the world behind Kylian Mbappe and Raheem Sterling.
A price tag of that much would arguably be out of Chelsea's reach, with very few clubs able to spend that much on one player, especially after the impact the coronavirus has had on football.

Grant wanted in League One
Josh Grant is on the verge of leaving Chelsea.
The midfielder spent this season on loan at Plymouth Argyle, helping the Pilgrims to promotion from League Two.
He is out of contract this summer and it now looks like Bristol Rovers are closing in on signing the 21-year-old.
Having been involved at the Blues since the age of seven, he has the sort of technical grounding that Rovers are looking for. Read more on Grant's future.
