Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has revealed the two current players he think could become managers in the future.
The Blues head coach worked his way up the managerial ladder having called time on his playing career, starting off with Derby County.
Having led the Rams to the play-off final in his debut campaign, he made the move back to Stamford Bridge where he spent 13 years as a player.
Having worked under a variety of managers, including some of the biggest names in football, Lampard has taken a little piece of each into his coaching days.
Speaking to Sky Sports, when posed the question if he believes there are any potential managers currently in his squad, he named captain Cesar Azpilicueta and vice-captain Jorginho as players who could be seen in the dugout in years to come.
"I would encourage them not to do their badges because I want them to focus on their game, it's quite difficult," he told Sky Sports.
"I would certainly encourage them that when we are having meetings, which we have a lot of, when we're training and things change and we're trying different things, that they take it in and think about it.
"That can certainly help you as you get more experienced as a player and think about management.
"It's tough to say, I've got good leaders like Azpilicueta who is a professional and how he works, he's the captain and with good reason, because he sets such a good example so yeah he's a football man who I would imagine will stay in the game.
"Then Jorginho who has recently become vice-captain, part of the reasoning from that from my point of view, he thinks the game and he's a winner. He's very forthright with how he is in the dressing room but as a thinker, after training, you're always asking questions.
"I think he has a great chance to move anyway because he's such a thinker, always taking on information."
