Frank Lampard believes that Mason Mount will return to Chelsea after his Derby County loan spell and be a big player for the club in the coming years.
The 20-year-old joined Derby on loan for the season alongside Fikayo Tomori and turned heads with his performances in the Championship before an injury in January ruled him out for three and bit months.
That form saw Mount play against his parent club at Stamford Bridge in the Carabao Cup before being called up for the England senior team by Gareth Southgate in October, although he didn't make his debut for the side.

With a two-window transfer ban looming for the Blues Mount could well play a vital role in the squad next season for Maurizio Sarri, and Lampard has taken the step to make the bold claim that the youngster can be a top player in world football and will be a big part of the Chelsea team.
Lampard said: "I think he can be a top player.
"I know that’s a broad statement, he’s already been in an England squad but I believe he’ll go back to Chelsea and be a big player for Chelsea. I know that’s his dream.
“He’ll play for his country I hope, because he has all the attributes on and off the pitch.
"He’s a delight to work with, as all the players have been this season.”
