Wales have won the 2021 Six Nations after disappointment for France in Friday’s eagerly awaited finale.
Following their last-gasp win in Paris on Saturday that denied Wayne Pivac’s side the Grand Slam, Les Bleus needed to rack up a bonus-point victory and 21-point winning margin in Friday’s rescheduled fixture to claim a first title since 2010.
However, such a big win never looked likely in the wet conditions against a determined Scotland team, who rallied during a dramatic end to seal a first triumph in the French capital for 22 years courtesy of Duhan van der Merwe’s late, late try.
They finish fourth, but Gregor Townsend’s men - who had Finn Russell sent off in the closing stages - bookend their campaign with impressive wins at Twickenham and the Stade de France.
