The Forum for Private Business is having a disagreement of sorts with HMV (nothing like picking on the little guys, is there...) - it seems HMV thinks it's reasonable to say that setting up an e-shop on Guernsey has nothing to do with avoiding charging customers VAT. It's just that prices will come down nonetheless.
HMV's response should be interesting.
