Fox Host Goes on 'Racist' Rant Calling to 'Remove the Power' of Being Labeled Nazis : 'We Need to Learn From The Blacks'

A Fox News host went on a rant on air, suggesting that white people should attempt to "remove power" from the word "Nazi" by using it colloquially.

Fox News host Gregory Gutfeld went on a racist rant about the word on Tuesday's episode of The Five, stating that the word Nazi should no longer be treated with such severity in order to dull its impact.

"This is why the criticism doesn't matter to us when you call us Nazis. Nazi this, Nazi that, I'm beginning to think they don't like us. You know what? I've said this before, we need to learn from the blacks. The way they were able to remove the power from the n-word word by using it. So from now on it's: 'What up, my Nazi?' 'Hey, what up, my Nazi?' 'Hey, what's hanging, my Nazi?'" Gutfeld said.

His co-host Kennedy then jumped in on the idea, saying "Nazi, please!"

"Thank God you did a hard 'i' there," Gutfeld joked.

Social media users reacted to the segment in horror.

"So they're just fully comfortable calling themselves Nazis now. Got it," commented The Lincoln Project account.

"How are 'nazi' and the N slur in any way equivalent?" said another user.

"Oh wow, Greg. So brave. So edgy. So historically illiterate," wrote one frustrated user. "Let me get this straight: you're comparing the Black community's centuries-long, survival-forged, trauma-laden, complex reclamation of the n-word—a term born from slavery, lynching, Jim Crow, police brutality, redlining, mass incarceration, and generational trauma—to you and your little Fox News clowns tossing around 'Nazi' like it's a TikTok trend?"

"In what Universe did they 'remove the power' from the N word when it literally triggers them to violence? It would be genius if they did, but they certainly didn't, if anything they have given it more power," added a fourth.

Gutfeld hosts a comedy show that airs on Fox late night, where he and other guests often use other slurs, such as ones targeting those with mental disabilities.

"These quotes, even if said in jest, would destroy the careers of any other journalist on any other mainstream national media platform," Zeteo founder Mehdi Hasan noted. "But Fox doesn't employ journalists and doesn't have any journalistic (or decency) standards."

Furthermore, leftist Twitch streamer Hasan Piker commented on the situation, noting that "we've officially gotten to the point where Fox News commentators are comfortable calling themselves Nazis."
