A FOURTH person will face court over an alleged violent Hawks Nest home invasion in June.
Police will allege a 78-year-old man opened the door of his Booner Street home about 10.30pm on June 30 before he was allegedly assaulted and stabbing in the abdomen.
The group of visitors made their way upstairs, where it is further alleged they assaulted a 53-year-old man and stabbed him in the back and neck.
Both men required hospital treatment. They have since been released, police said.
Three people have previously been charged in relation to the incident, a 30-year-old woman and two men aged 22 and 46.
On Monday Port Stephens-Hunter police arrested a 30-year-old man at The Entrance police station.
He was taken to Wyong Police Station and charged with two counts of special aggravated enter dwelling with intent to wound.
The 30-year-old was refused bail to face Wyong Local Court on Tuesday.
