Four youths vandalised bird hide near lake in Bingham as police launch appeal

Nottinghamshire Police are appealing for information after a bird hide was vandalised. Officers from the Rushcliffe South Neighbourhood Policing Team responded to reports of youths damaging a bird hide on Wednesday, January 4.

After attending the bid hide off Chapel Lane, Bingham, officers found that the bird hide near the pond had its wooden panels damaged and the guttering broken. Witnesses in the area have stated that there were four youths involved in the damage, three males and one female.

Officers are appealing to members of the public who have any information on this incident to come forward by ringing 101 and quoting incident number 0393_04012023.
