UPDATE: Police have confirmed that David has now been located safe and well. They thanked the public for sharing their appeal.

Police are asking people to help them find a "high-risk" four-year-old boy who has gone missing in Leeds.

David Opoku, who doesn't speak English, was last seen at ABC Church Centre in Tempest Road, Beeston, at around 2pm on Sunday, December 22.

West Yorkshire Police have issued an urgent appeal and officers are urging anyone who sees the boy to contact them immediately.

He has been described as a black boy, who has short curly hair. He was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, dark blue denim jeans and black shoes.

Anyone who sees the boy or has information about his whereabouts should contact police on 101 and quote log number 106.
