A four-year-old girl accidentally rode a Vespa into the glass door of a local convenience store in Pathum Thani, injuring herself and her aunt.
Chanita Nanthaphan, 31, said she had parked the motorcycle in front of the store, after letting two other passengers off, with the engine running.
Her four-year-old niece, who was sitting in front, accidentally twisted the throttle of the vehicle causing it to crash into the store's glass entrance door.
She and her niece sustained cuts to their arms and legs caused by the shattered glass.
The Vespa was found crashed inside the store’s entrance, surrounded by shattered glass and damaged goods.
Rescue workers gave first aid at the scene before transporting the injured to hospital.
