A scam on Facebook Messenger has been reported to send users the message 'look what I found'.
Grifters pretending to be someone you know are allegedly targeting people on Facebook Messenger.
The tempting message comes with an emoji and a link that users are warned not to open.
It's likely that the scammer is using a hacked account so victims believe the message is from someone they know.
Clicking on the link will take you to a fake Facebook login page so scammers can steal your information and perhaps even install malware on your mobile phone.
This sly Facebook scam is not new, but appears to be increasingly circulating, the Express reports.

The ploy is what's known as a phishing scam in which criminals use scam emails, text messages or phone calls to trick people into thinking they are a trustworthy source.
Leslie Sikos, a cyber security expert from Edith Cowan University, told 7NEWS.com.au that scammers con people by appearing as one of the names of their contacts.
"Messages seemingly coming from a Facebook friend much more likely result in clicks than messages sent by strangers, because people might only or primarily focus on the sender's name at first rather than the message content, regardless whether that has red flags," he said.
"There are many scams of this sort, meaning that there is no single appearance or behaviour users could learn to avoid."
Facebook users should be wary of messages that don't sound like the person you know.
Other red flags are typos, strange grammar or an urgent tone.
